Granted that these villains are downright bad to the core, but
some villains had a good reason to be who they were. Some
villains are just people who made mistakes but have a good heart
despite all they're bad deeds.

These Villains are the ones that are just misunderstood and lost
souls that took a wrong path but do have a good heart despite
they're bad deeds.

1. Mother Gothel : Mother Gothel did kidnap Rapunzel and kept her alone and locked
away from the world for 18 years. And on top of that she lied to Rapunzel for 18
years. But she did have a good heart. She could have finished Flynn Rider off
when she stabbed him but she didn't. Gothel had many good moments to take
Rapunzel back to the tower after she found out that Rapunzel left the tower but
she didn't. She did have motherly feelings for Rapunzel because for 18 years
she raised Rapunzel as her own and gave her the freedom to go anywhere she
wanted to inside the tower and let her paint anywhere she wanted to inside the
tower. If all Gothel wanted was her hair Gothel could have locked Rapunzel
up in a prison cell for 18 years or she could have used Rapunzel's gift to heal
other people for money. But she didn't. The truth is Gothel really wasn't
a bad person, she was just misunderstood. Deep down she was a woman who
was afraid of dying of any natural situations.

2. Prince Hans : Prince Hans is a true Villain, but he is the most misunderstood villain of all.
Hans used Anna to become king and He did try to kill both Elsa and Anna. But he isn't so
much of a villain at heart. He dose have a good heart. If he wanted to kill Elsa, he wouldn't
have saved her from being hit by an arrow and he wouldn't have token Elsa back to
Arendalle. When Elsa woke up she was lying on a pillow and someone put covers over
her to keep her warm, it is highly guessed that it was Prince Hans who made sure she
was comfortable. If all Hans wanted was to be king and take over Arendalle he would
have killed Elsa before she even became Queen and then killed Anna. So you see, Hans
is a villain but he is greatly misunderstood. He has 12 brothers who ignored him, spent
his whole life alone and unwanted, if you were him you could see why he was doing what
he did. He's just a person who wanted to feel loved, wanted and prove something to his family.
